3 Tips to Manage Anxiety

,

Is too much stress starting to affect your everyday life?

In this article we will discuss a few things contributing to your stress and 3 solutions that you can do right now to help you out.

Are you finding your mind racing with all the things you have to do?

Do you have strange sensations in your body?

Do you feel like something is terribly wrong?

Are you restless?

In social setting, do you need to just get up and leave?

Are you unconsciously holding your breath in?

Are your muscles tight with tension?

You most likely are not in any immediate danger.

But something is wrong. Stress is what is wrong!

That can happen when you are under stress at work or in your own family setting. Because people can stress you completely out with all their demands. And we ourselves can be putting too much pressure on us.

All these symptoms I’ve mentioned, and more, are clues that stress is affecting your body and mental health and something needs to be done in order to control it. Your body is telling you that something needs to change.

In the past, I’ve gone through several times in my life where the stress and my body’s response has reared its ugly head. I would wake up during the night panicking that I was going to die at any moment. That something was terribly wrong, and something needed to be done right now.

I used to have to pull over to the side of the road to keep from passing out because all the stress and tension was causing me to hold my breath and I couldn’t get it regulated again.

It seemed that it was a never-ending cycle. But eventually, I did learn to at least control it and for the most part my anxiety did disappear.

It can be done.

But let me remind you that. This is not your fault!

Because our society is toxic and being exposed for too long can have detrimental effects on us. Because we were never meant to live like this. But rest assured. There are a few things you can do to immediately get relief from the anxiety and toxicity going on in your body.

We as humans still and always have needed support and connection from a community. That is a human need that will never go away and sadly in this day and age even with the internet it’s hard to find.

Please feel free to share this article with anyone who you think will benefit from it. Because this is a painful experience and one that not everyone will freely talk about because we think we have to be so strong and keep it to ourselves.

I hope you have a great day and remember to breathe.
