Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you have too much on your plate? Are you too busy with all of life’s activities to catch your breath? Do you wish you could just stop, rest, breathe, and live in the present?

I have the solution for you! A way of living in the present moment so that you can enjoy life now as it’s happening. A way to stop and smell the roses and step back from the rat race. A way to catch your breath and enjoy your life.

Following Natures Example

It’s my absolute belief that we should follow nature’s example. Nature doesn’t hurry, worry, and fret. Nature is just there. It spends its time just being. When the wind blows the dirt, leaves, and debris it doesn’t fret and worry about cleaning it up. She says, “whatever, it will clean itself up” and she is right. Somehow it gets done.

Now I am in no way suggesting that the kitchen is going to magically clean itself. Oh, how I wish there were little elves cleaning our “cottages”. I’m saying that it will still be there after you have rested and enjoyed yourself a little. Rest, breathe, enjoy, just be. Watch the kids play after supper. Enjoy them before they go to bed.

Seasonal Living

Have you ever heard of the “Wheel of the Year”? It’s a pagan concept that celebrates the solstices and equinoxes; but also celebrates the sabbats. If you would like to find out more about the Wheel of the Year, CLICK HERE.

But I like to concentrate on just living and being present month by month.

The seasons are its own cycle of which there are many different cycles in nature. It’s interesting learning about the cycles of earth, nature, history, humans, etc. There are even cycles in space. If you concentrate on the change throughout the year, you really get the sense of birth, death, and renewal that is in the very fabric of our existence.

Many people are fearful of death, and rebirth. For that is change, and sometimes change can cause anxiety.

My History

I once suffered from extreme stress, anxiety, and depression. I had a very hard time coping with being a working mother of four children. It wasn’t until my later years that I discovered the concept of the Wheel of the Year and I wish I had known about it earlier.

And it took a few turns of that wheel to get used to it. But I can attest that it helps you slow down, breath, and reflect on life, the bigger picture, and live in the present.

Results of Following Nature’s Example

You will be able to relax and breathe which will help with your anxiety. You will spend more time out in nature which will have positive effects on your physical and mental health. You will have time to reflect on the energy of the season and this gives your physical body a way to go through the seasonal changes. This helps sync your energy with nature, giving you a sense of calmness and of being content. You will finally be able to live in the present instead of the past or the future.

Monthly Membership Program

I am offering a monthly membership program that will help you go through the energy of each season concentrating on the changes, and what it means in your life. Also, we will be experimenting with the seasonal foods and herbs and perhaps with cooking. We will have a chance to be creative and share all our creations with others. We will journal and discover more about ourselves and our strengths. And most important we will be in an online community supporting each other and making new friends.
